Easter – Preparing for Pentecost

New life stirs within me, a life slow and quiet and steady-paced. I possess a new sense of peacefulness, such a contrast to the unrest of earlier days. I possess a quiet confidence that I will be able to handle life’s challenges. I feel a sense of stability and security. I feel rooted–in prayer, not activity.

New life is often more than increased activity and productivity.

New life is often silent, peaceful, and hidden.

“Peace is my farewell to you, my peace is my gift to you. I do not give it to you as the world gives peace.”   John 14:27
