Work in Progress
Ordinary Time – Season of Stability
My home is a work in progress. I can never completely leave it alone. I have projects half done, lying about as a reminder to finish them. No sooner do I finish one project than I begin another. I have plans to take me into the next decade and beyond. I do it all when and if I get around to it. My house is never finished and the clutter is evidence of that.
I’m unfinished too. Caution. Work in progress up ahead. Expect delays and long waits and inconveniences and clutter because God isn’t through with me yet.
We avoid giving anyone offense, so that our ministry may not be blamed. On the contrary, in all that we do we strive to present ourselves as ministers of God, acting with patient endurance amid trials, difficulties, distresses. 2 Corinthians 6:3-4
